This theme reflects the title of the refugee resettlement organization run through RCHP iRISE (Interfaith Refugee & Immigrant Support & Empowerment) which has been recently defunded by recent federal government grant restrictions. Rise is the proposed theme from the church leadership which is the theme they are using for the Lenten holiday - it is a broad conceptual, sculptural, material and/or spiritual theme.
